Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Arabica Coffee Oceania. We are committed to delivering our premium coffee selections to you in a timely and secure manner.

 

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Arabica Coffee Oceania is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

4. How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Please note that some carriers have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier does not support P.O. Box delivery, we will contact you to request an alternative physical address.

 

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@thearabicacoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
