Refund policy

At Arabica Coffee Oceania, we take great pride in the quality and heritage of our premium coffee collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1. Returns of Perishable Goods (Coffee)

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or tampered-with coffee products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns on unopened, sealed coffee canisters or gift boxes within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original premium packaging with all seals intact to be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Non-Perishable Items (Accessories & Gift Sets)

For non-consumable items, such as coffee accessories or unopened gift hampers:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

 

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
